i havent been able to find a thread and not sure if there has been a ruling on this yet ,, if u start the gm with ironman , thor , cap apart first and stick the gaunlet on one of them does AP get the gaunlet once merged ? and im running scarlet witch ff 50 pt with them i wanna get the theme team so thats why id start them aprt first but also wanna have the gaunlet on them ,, is this allowed ?
So am I correct that u can't use range combat expert or close combat expert with this power...since they call for a power action to grant u an attack of their respective type
Is this a question or just restating something? I can't tell.
It seems like you are asking a question, but there is no punctuation. And, no, I am not joking: I really want to know if you are actually asking something or if you are simply reinforcing some of the other earlier posts.
Assuming you are asking a question, CC and RCE are activated by power actions. Trio Attack does not grant any free power actions; those two powers (and any other effect activated by a power action) can't be used during a Trio Attack.
"How does [insert special power] work with the new 2013 rules?"
Most everything special power-wise, we're looking into. The PAC changes may change the way some special powers function; we're checking on them before the June release. In the meantime, ask your judge.

As far as I know we do not have an official answer on how to deal things that effect one figure when that figure is part of a merge (nor the reverse). I believe the Rules Dudes are discussing it, but until they produce some sort of guidelines you'll have to check with your local judge on how they intend it to work.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
I used this tank today with a Major Talbot standing right next to them. Forgot about the shield bonus but with the perplex and enhancement from Talbot that was 8 damage per shot. Ouch.
so, does the Trio attack make you reduce damage dealt by one for the following two attacks? If not, i got royally screwed at the last event lol
No, it doesn't.
TRIO ATTACK: Give Avengers Prime a double power action. They can be given 3 close or ranged combat actions as free actions, each targeting a single character. These free actions may be used to activate the same effect.
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
Neil Peart is the best drummer of all time. Period.
Year of the Spider-Man ---> follow along as I attempt to play Spidey (and friends) on every team for 365 days.

oh, that makes me mad. I had a few people watching the game I was playing, and, not having used a Duo figure before, I was told by no less then 3 others that yes, he reduced his damage fro the trio attack. That would have given me at least one more win, and a few more points in the last IG7 game

You can't use RCE with Trio Attack, because it grants you three Close or Ranged Combat actions and RCE requires a Power action. However, if your first target is KO'd and you have an action or actions left you can choose a new target.
