I'm seriously looking forward to running the Hand here.
Just going to have a Gauntlet'd out daredevil running back and forth between the walls with hypersonic taking names.
This won't work; elevated terrain aren't either walls or blocking terrain.

The stairs a little south of mid map make excellent choke points if your opponent on the north end goes for the higher ground. I played 2 games with an X-men team (Cyke+phoenix duo, Storm-bad choice, no bonus indoors, Beast, and Archangel LE) vs a Nova Corps team (Air Walker with glove, centurion and two recruits) and managed a handy victory both times because I trapped them in close combat up there, limited the lines of fire and the the Novas could not hit my 19 defenses up close. I think this is gonna be one of my favorite Indoor maps for a while.
Quick question. From what I can tell there are no walls on this map. Only blocking, elevated & hindering terrain. Correct? Thinking in terms of The Hand ATA. They'd only be able to take advantage of blocking if so.

Reason: my brain said blocking but my fingers typed hindering

There's blocking terrain on both the elevated platform and the whole edge of the "front" of the ship is adjacent to blocking terrain and has 2 big 2x3 blocks of blocking.
I didn't necessarily mean walls in the literal sense, but there are plenty of places for the Hand to hide!
D2 Priest of the Dice Gods
Guard Capture: BM001 Batman, GL Batman, Taskmaster with IG, Metron. Inmates mistreated: FF Nightwing, IC149 Wolvie
I believe the "top side" is literally the top of the map (where the column numbers are). Later in the paragraph, mention is made of the "control area" where you'd be bottlenecked. If you look at the bottom of the map, you see the ship's control console and command chairs.

One qeustion (it might be an stupid one) but what is the top side.
This with the golden ring and silver middle ?
the map rewievs are allways a very good help for those that are new to the game or still have difficulty to the advantage or disadvantage of an map.
I don't generally advise people on how to build teams in these threads. I want to give a preview of the map, but not necessarily give readers an unfair advantage (or lead them astray with my hairbrained ideas!)
I lose tournaments anyway. You don't want team building advice from me!
I'd like to see an AVM Destroyer marching down the center of the map, bringing destruction to those who hide on the elevated terrain. He would get outwitted/sniped, but it would be GLORIOUS.
Has anyone managed to identify all of the Mage Knight units that Collector has stored in his gallery? I spy a Crypt Worm, a few Draconum types from Sorcery (I think), Mage Spawn types from some of the Dungeons expansions, etc. I haven't had a good opportunity to study it at length, but I'm fairly certain most if not all of the captives are MK pieces.
