Elektra Movie: 2 questions

I dont saw the movie but I dont care about spoilers then my questions are:

1 The history is after or before the Daredevil Movie?
2- I still dont get righ the Daredevil movie, Elektrra die or not (I was dronk when I say the movie

)
and if she die, and if the movie is after the DD movie then we have any explanation about his resurrection? or the people dont really care actually of that "small" things?

1) Yes, after Daredevil. You can still see the scar from when Bullseye impaled her.

2) She was resurrected by her sensei, Stick (Played by Terrance Stamp) and he continued to teach her how to see through time.

...WORST...MOVIE...EVER...!!!!...

The only good thing about that movie was the "Fantastic Four" trailer. Gotta see it again (stupid people walking across my LOS and making me miss 30 seconds of the trailer).
