soaring breakaway question

if a character is soaring and an opposing character with leapclimb is standing next top them, do they have to roll for breakaway?

Nope. The only time a soaring character needs to roll break away is if it is adjacent to another soaring character.

There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.
