When making a close combat attack, this character gets +2 to their attack and +1 to their damage.

Spider Sense seems a little abusive for its cost. Combine that character with Fortitude and you most likely will never hurt the piece. Especially on someone like Obsidian or Nightcrawler.

The next two would work better as an alternate to RCE and CCE. Whereas, you can change the +2 damage to a +2 attack or split the difference. You could also drop the point cost a bit for that.
