I needed a 400 points unrestricted team for the next weekend, an that's the formation I came up to:
V SUPERMAN + ICWO + FORTITUDE 286
V LOCKJAW + ICWO + DOUBLE TIME 53
R JEAN GREY 31
R DESTINY 20
E PARAMEDIC 10
The idea is to use Superman to take down secondary attackers and support in order to always be ahead in points. Lockjaw works as harasser/tie-up - double time guarantees that the dog won't let my opponents medics do their jobs.
I wanted to know:
1. Which battlefield conditions should I use (for 4 rounds);
2. How can I enhance this build?
Squirrel Girl's KO list:
1. Doctor Doom
2. Thanos
3. Terrax
4. M.O.D.O.K.
5. Deadpool

ICwO on Lockjaw is a waste of points. You'd be better off saving the points and turning destiny into an attacker like domino, jinx, or raven. Also, why bother with Vet Lockjaw? I can see reasons for using him, but why do you consider him worth spending 53 points on? I see the dog as primarily a tie-up piece that takes up space and blocks LoF. The difference between the R and the V could get you another harasser piece, or make someone else a legit secondary attacker.
If you can get away with running around and beating people with your Man-Thing, more power to ya. I have a good trader thread too!
Poor team work: Your team isn't that dependent on carrying figures:
Ordinary Day: Just in case
Earhtquake: if you hit the rolls atthe right time in the game-It could be lights out for the other team, if they are dependent on more grounded figures that you.
I think that Jean grey is sort of waste, with Superman 23 range. I know that it allows for first strike ability, but you can do that without her, if you hold him back first turn, and position your other figures.
I agree with the Lockjaw bit that lowguppy brings up, but I would just downgrade him, as he will make a great tie-up piece.

The V+ICWO can kill a paramedic with a single attack.
Many people here play U Thor + 2 paramedics, so I must kill the first and them base the second.
I could also use LE Elektra as secondary attacker, but she can't harm Thor too much and has limited mobility to go after other support figures ...

Plan A is to kill my opponents TK'er. If he has a single TK'er and doesn't have HSS figures, it will cripple him. Having a TK´er, I can use the HSS to get Supes back to safety and control the board.

I would say that a R lockjaw can base both medics and tie down thor, leaving him unable to retaliate from repeated blasts by superman, giving Lockjaw time to chomp the medics for 2 before thor takes him out- which is going to happen to the Vet anyways, who only has 3 damage on one click. I'd rather save the points and swap R Jean for a Blackfire who can also off medics and knock Thor around. You could also carry a Colleen Wing to shred medics once you've based them.
Tie-Up pieces should be as cheap as possible, because they ARE going to die. I could see using Vet lockjaw as a mobile attacker, but that's really a completely different role, and one I would say he is less suited and less useful for.

V Supes w/ Fortitude and Unstoppable
U Flash w/ Swingline
E Batman (Icons Starter) w/ Stunning Blow
* every character must have its own feat
But the build was sound. I like Swingline on Flash, because he never gets tied up (HSS breakaway) and hindering does not affect, and +1 to movement always helps; but you lose the range attack vs. soaring. Who cares. Unstoppable on Supes is great if disbanded is thrown (F4 Alt Team killer). For bonus points, make sure you choose an indoor map (if you win choice) to prevent soaring and you are golden. At least until Armor Wars nerfs flash, then carry Ordinary Day (even though I hate it).
Rescue the damsel in distress, kill the bad guy, save the world.
U BRAINIAC 251 + NOVA BLAST + ICWO
R JEAN GREY 31
R LOCKJAW 24 + ICWO

R DESTINY 20
E PARAMEDIC 10
I finished in second, due to a bad map choice (the lockjaws works as meat shields, so this team works better in indoors maps where your opponent can't shoot from elevation to grounded).

For 80 pts less, you could go with a V Darkseid (4 clicks of 5 Damage PB goodness), replace the Paramedic with a V Intergang Medic, and add a R and E Intergang Agent. Surplus of 10 points for Armor Piercing or upgrade on Destiny (to V).
V Darkseid can't handle stealth very well. He can't also change his angle of attack (for example, if I use Lockjaw to block line of fire I must push LJ in order to be able to attack with DS and it won't be protected anymore ... Brainiac can just RS through it).
The mobility of Brainiac (RS and flight) and the pulse wave were essential for my victories. I took out a U Thor tk'ing Brainiac in clear line of sight for his barrier, outwitting the barrier guy and doing a RS + single target pulse wave against Thor (staying behind Thor in order for the rest of his team not be able to easily target Brainiac) and then basing Thor and Brainiac with a LJ carrying a Destiny.
They were placed like that:
--LT
-JDB
Thor was in one of his worst clicks and needed to roll to escape twice because of the Destiny. He couldn't take LJ with just 4 damage, and he would push Thor and risk a Super Senses with Destiny.
The battlefield was darkness, so my opponent didn't had enough range from the tk'ers in order to avoid Thor's demise. Brainiac rocks.
I couldn't do such thing with Darkseid.
