I got a game coming up that's a 300 pt normal unrestricted game. I haven't played in a couple months and I have really been wanting to play War Machine ever since I got him (Only got the Exp version though.), thing is is I'm quite unsure about how well my team will do with him and this will be the first time I have ever played with him. Here's the team:
E War Machine 109
R Ghost Rider (FF) 68
R Blackfire 48
R Domino 35
R Harle Quinn (Hypertime) 27
E Paramedic 10
Total: 297
BFCs:
Ordinary Day
Bright Lights
I was also thinking of Overconfidence but that was before I added Harle...
The normal plan is to have War Machine carry either Blackfire or Domino up while Ghost Rider transport either of the two as well. I would pretty much just use the team as just a basic long range team.
I think it looks good but there's still something irking me about it. Any suggestions?
I would drop Ghost Rider and the Harley Quinn giving you 95 points to work with. You can add Thunderbolts to War Machine for 5 points and Armor Piercing for 10. I would also drop Domino for a Jinx who is a much better PC'er in a mixed environment. Throw a DEO Agent on for your perplexer/medic, meaning you can drop the paramed. This should leave you some points for another attacker. Good luck!
That actually helped me quite a bit. I forgot about DEO Agent, she's a little trooper and I was looking at Jinx for a while. I think Ghost Rider was really one of the main factors that was making me uncertain. Only problem is I don't have Thunderbolts or Armor Piercing (Which I really need to get...) but I think maybe ICWO might make up for that a little bit. If I don't use ICWO I'm thinking maybe a Ultimates Hawkeye. Thanks!
If you have the Alpha Flight Feat card, equip War Machine with that to gain +1 to his Attack Value against one particular opponent or all with a specific Team Ability...
