I have to add V Dr. Octopuss from Clobberin Time. Personally I have found him as an Awesome perplexer. High movement with leap climb get him where the perplex is needed, high defense help him avoid attacks so he can continue helping his team with perplex, cheap cost at only 66 pts, and willpower lets him move almost every turn to also get himself where the perplex is needed at the time.

Overall this article is a pretty interesting read. However, Batgirl as the number 1 seems like a stunt to deliberately contridict expectations. Sorry, Peers, I just don't buy it.

The movement, and the Perplex, are happening on your turn, not the opponent's.
I see and understand now.

Although it's still not that great of a move, considering the taunt figure must still have range.
