I'm sure everyone would agree that there's just something about monkeys that makes people laugh, whether it's a big grin or some good old poo flinging. So, whenever we get a new monkey clix, I put it aside in a special monkey clix box. So far, I have Gorilla Grodd, Ultrahumanite, Brainiac 5 (he has the monkey on his shoulder), Monsieur Mallah, and Detective Chimp.

I was thinking of a "Hey, Hey We're the Monkees"-type team (in which I would inevitably start singing Monkees songs). I was thinking Brainiac 5would sub for Rudy Gunther (the manager from the TV show pilot...played by Bing Russell). Which members of the band would the other monkey-clix represent? Has anyone ever used an all-monkey team before? What feats could be used on them to make them more competitive?

I've been toying with the idea of playing a 'Gorillas United' team myself, using Grodd, Mallah, Ultrahumanite, and Giganta as the backbones, but haven't bothered putting it past the concept stages.

well, with that team you'd have a tker, a running shot outwitter, a wildcard outwitter and flier, and a charger who gains outwit and perplex. If you decide to do that, definitely play the Society Alt team abilty card to help Giganta (it could help Brainiac too and even Gorilla Grodd if it's the version with the IL team ability). Detective Chimp makes a decent tie up piece/meat shield.
