Hey all.

As you all know Ive had more than my share of TOCs in my years at HCR. Some Absolutely Awesome, others Utterly Carpitastic, but hey, you cant fault me for trying.

Though what makes my TOCs a bit unique, after the first wave of them anyway, is that I try and create ones that are different from your standard (though incredibly popular) comics related ones. From Cartoons, to Movies, to even Actors TOCs, I like to see what else we can talk about (TOC-wise) other than Superman vs. Thor.

So, I figured Id throw this idea out for a One Time Only TOC, and the contestants will be ones that we have never tried on HCR before - from the realm of Music.

Rock Wars is a Music TOC, were we all nominate the best rock music has to offer, and then pit them against one another (similiar to TOC Matches), where well all vote to see which one we believe to be the better, and therefore deserves to move forward.

Are you an old school guy who believes The Beatles, The Who, Rolling Stones or even Elvis deserve to be the champs, or an 80s fan whose more into U2, Def Leppard, Metallica or Guns and Roses, or maybe a listener of todays music such as Linkin Park, The Foo Fighters and Evanescence?

This is chance for us to pick our favorite Rock Bands (or Solo Rockers) and pit them against one another, TOC Style, to see which one will rise thru the ranks, and claim the title of Favorite HCR Rock Band Ever!

So, anyone interested? If so, Ill nominate the first band for this TOC:

Pink Floyd

Well see if we can get 32 contestants in our HCR Battle Of The Bands, each of us nominating no more than 2 at a time to start. If we cant get that much, well see about getting 16 for a Mini TOC. And if the interest just isnt there, Let Me Know, no harm no foul, and well stop this before it gets started.

If I may make a suggestion, boss, I really think that it should be 2 ToCs - Battle of the Bands separate from Solo Artists.
