even worse than the rookie, this version has a bloated point cost for painfully little utility as an attacker.
It's hard for him to hit, difficult for him to deal damage, and when he finally gets CCE, his defense is easily hittable, KO-ing him.

Use the LE instead.

Should of had Impervious.

He's decent enough. It's just a shame that he's more likely to take damage that puts him past his best damage value (which has an average AV).
