I like everything about the dial but him starting with PB just because he really dont do that right off he waits till he really needs to push it up. Other than that the dials get a A+ lol

Well, the AoA Cyke is a little more ruthless, so I could see him piercing at full intensity. As far as the 616 Cyclops goes, I see his blasts as hurting like heck, no matter who. So, a small 2 damage should balance it out, I think.
