We have a tie between KC Flash and Mary Marvel.

I was playing Heroclix one day. While building my team, I looked at my selection for 103pts characters and realized that U HT Batman and R IC Hulk both cost the same. This got me thinking. Just because they are Heroclix equals doesn’t translate back to comics. I think most of us would agree that Hulk could beat Batman in a fight.
Thus, the Clix vs. Comix TOC was born! Every entry will be close to the same amount of points Heroclix wise, but this will be their comic forms fighting!

Rules:
The only thing these fighters get is the Heroclix figure of there enemies, and a PAC so they know what the opponent looks like and a bit about what they can do. They will have 5 minutes to prepare. This is a fight to the death, KO or 1 minute complete incapacitate, whichever happens first. They also must fight (no waiting for the terrain to dispose of them). They have with them what they normally carry and what there fig has if it is different. If the fig that is being used is the rookie, you do NOT have to treat the fighter like that. (unless the characters powers change dramatically ie: Rouge). All terrains are circular with a 5 mile diameter.

When you vote, justify your answer. You don’t have to write an essay, just a short explanation will do.

Ultron-11 was transported to the Beyonder's world during the first Secret War where it was disabled by the Human Torch's nova flame. Ultron was found by aliens and enslaves them upon reactivation. However, Ultron was forced to separate it's head from its body to survive the destruction of the Beyonder's world. (a trick Ultron had done before) The head was found by the Thing who transported it back to Earth but lost it. Rebuilding itself, Ultron-11 discovered it had been replaced by Ultron-12; who had made peace with Henry Pym.Ultron-11 attacked Pym and "killed" Ultron-12 but was destroyed in turn by Wonder Man

Infuriated at being banished to the anti-matter universe of Qward, ex-Green Lantern Sinestro vowed to become an instrument of chaos and destruction. His new allies, the Weaponers forged him a yellow power ring that granted him the ability to fire force blasts, fly through space, create deadly constructs and weapons from his sheer force of will. Sinestro escaped Qward and battled his ex-pupil and arch-enemy, Green Lantern Hal Jordan. My vote is for Sinestro. His ring can counter most if not all of Ultron's attacks while giving him the variety of attack options to get around Ultron's unbreakable shell.

Since Ultron-11 can be shaken apart, I give this to Sinestro. He has enough raw power to win.

D-Beam ain't got nuthin on Qward-tech.

There's very little to stop Sinestro from making some sort of octopus ring construct that reaches down Ultron's throat and pulls out the non-adamantium insides (as the ring will analyze the adamantium and non-adamantium parts fairly quickly). I just see this fight going the way of the Korugan Tyrant.

Well if this is specifically the Ultron from Secret Wars, who Wasp managed to take down after Hulk punched a dent in him to allow her to fly into, then I guess Ill go Sinestro as well. Sinestros power ring and willpower should allow him the ability to reach inside this version of Ultron and mess with his non-Adamantium parts, as Wasp did in SW, and pop him apart.

And even if he didn't go to rip parts out of the inside, Johnny's nova blast took this Ultron out as well, and there's no question that Sinestro can match that blast.

Well, that destroyed something non-Adamantium inside him as well, as this Ultron apparently isnt 100% Adamantium. (and Nova Bursts are MEGA hot, not something even a top level SHW can ignore)

I'm not really suprised here. Ultron needs his adamantium interrior to be competative. My vote...

My boy Sinestro takes this one.

While I am supporting Sinestro for the win here, I dont see any of their battles being quick or easy. Ultrons outer casing is still indestructible, and he now has a disintegrator beam in addition to his listing of other powers. Sinestros big chance is to get inside him and fiddle with U's insides, something that hes not going to do right off the bat (as Im sure hell take the more direct approach against an unknown foe, which wont work all too well against 100% Adamantium) This Ultron had all of the Secret Wars villains combined scared and nervous, even Doom for a time, so hes still an unreal force to be reckoned with here. I still believe Sinestro takes more of the wins between them, but hell work for each of them and I can also see Ultron taking him down several times as well.

I agree; his offense is still impressive, and while he's hurtable, he's still not easily hurt.

I said "no contest" because Ultron can't hurt sinestro IMO, whereas Sinesto can hurt Ultron.

Yeah, it might take a lot, but in the end Sinestro won't be hurt, so I'd still call that "no contest"
