The scenario is 300 pt. You by two boosters and build 200 pts from them and then add 100 pts from figs you brought. Assuming I buy a Supernova and Origin booster what would you bring for the other 100 (no feats). I'm not sure if it's restricted or not so I would appreciate suggestions for both possiblities. well that means no Thanos, V Surfer, V Manhunter, V Captain Marvel or anything over 200

the simplest thing to do would be to bring 100 pts of support, so Starter Batman and Rookie Justice.

You could do something easy and just play a Superman Robot, that's strong and easy to build around, probably what I'd do. You're not gonna get a much stronger 100points.

Since it's Supernova or Origins boosters, if there are any figures from other sets that you play particularly well, stick to those. Knowing a dial inside and out is a bigger part of this game than most people realize.

I would bring a brick char like Supes Robot, mainly a big attacker if you dont pull a good one out of the booster...then also bring support figures, tker, prob control, outwit..so if you do pull a good heavy hitter you can support him....I have done this tournement before, it was a little harder because you had to write down your 100 point choice before you opened your boosters......

id say what you do is put in ultimates pheonix with lot's of lian harpers : )

Yeah, support figures probably would work best. If it's unrestricted, the Pit Crew of Jean Grey, Paramedic, R Destiny, etc.

If you don't want to do that, add some awesome attacker for 100 pts. Superman Robot was mentioned, but you can add U Icons Flash for a great HSS harasser. V Hourman is my personal favorite, but he needs a taxi or TK to make him good. Let us know what you decide!

Well I don't own a Superman Robot yet so he's out (although I know I'm going to face one. One guy plays him every week). I was thinking about Flash...

Since Stealth can be such a problem to deal with (and a very limited supplky of Superman TA or Ulitmates in the booster sets) I would bring a piece that could deal with Stealth:

Cheap Superman TA, a decent Pulsewaver with TK (Cyborg and R Songbird).

Another thing to do would be to put T-bolts in your 100 pt team so that you have some flexibility in your build (again, Songbird is a great choice.. TK and flexibility).

...equals 105 points. Slade must be demoted.

Toss in CT R Sue Storm instead, and Lucky Break on someone.

What about Ghost Widow? Would anyone recomend her? I recently got her in a lot I bought but I've never used her.

I'd go starter Batman and E Question; Outwit and Perplex with the possibility (probability?) of Probability Control.

Plus they look darn cool together, so you'll have that going for you as well.
