International business question
Okay, I know that this isn't EXACTLY a Heroclix question but this is the part of HCR where all the international shippers look and it seems to fit here best. A guy my dad rents space to put a $5000 down payment on a piece of equipment to a guy in Canada (he's in the US). The guy was supposed to build it and ship it and then the guy would settle up the rest of the way. Well several months later he doesn't have his equipment and the guy in Canada acknowledges that he owes the money but like, what's he gonna do.

So my question is "What are his legal options?"
10-2-08 I just put a bunch of stuff on eBay including a numbered Super Skrull Illuminati and a CoG Galactus. Check it out.

Think you need Guy A, Guy B, your point is confusing.
Realistically if there are paper contracts then there is recourse regardless of USA/Canada, as a matter of fact if filed in USA, the Canadian would need to defend there or get proxy- depending on where the " infraction" occured.
Negotiation is still the cheapest out..
What would our itrader score be if sellers posted feedback, before waiting for us? . We are Canadian and as such we deal International.
