wanted to pair these two up in a four-hundred-pointer but didn't know how to support them.
I originally tried E Adam, E Shazam, R Mary and a couple feats, but now I'm leaning more towards V Adam and E Shazam (w/ Double time) at 312, leaving 88 points for support. Are there any other cheaper support figs that would work themeatically, or should I pit-crew it?

You could use Superboy to represent Captain Marvel Jr., but the only other person that's part of the whole Marvel world other than Mr. Mind is Mr. Tawky Tawny, and he's a pog. You may end up pit-crewing it, unless you want to add some JSAers to reflect the time they were both in the JSA.

I would use the Vet Adam and the rookie Shazam (who I think is much better than the experienced) with Double time. that alone saves you 47 points.

personaly I have seen someone do a custom captain marvel junior from a mon-el figure and kept his rookie stats with him.
