I can't help it. It has to be done.
They may not get along, but they have worked together (sort of) when really, absolutely necessary.
So far I have this:
Lobo + Auto Regen = 219
Batman (JL) = 75
That leaves 6 points; here are the feats I'm looking at:
Double-Time - would be handy on Lobo, even if you can't make an attack while using it.
Endurance - again, probably on Lobo because of his regeneration for when the damage does inevitably hit
Flashbang - maybe on Batman, but I really can't see much use for it here.
Lucky Break - On Lobo or Bats? Might be up to a coin flip.
And Stay Down! - again, might help Lobo out on his EW clicks. A bit iffy though; I'd rather have something with a more definite benefit.
Nanoarmor - Nice, but I don't see myself owning this feat anytime soon.
There are other possibilities, of course - like maybe using Starter Batman and loading up on more feats... or maybe even some other Batman, although the point cost on most doesn't allow room for Auto-Regen, which is pretty much a must-have, imo. Plus the only cheaper ones I have than the JL are Starter E and Origins U.
Before anyone else says it - yes, I know this likely won't be winning any events... that's not the point here.

looks good the only thing is that lobo cant get lucky break on lobo because hes a transporter
Actually, he has the ordinary Boot when he's Earthbound-- but that does mean he could only use the feat on his Earthbound clicks.
Given that you'll be at an action disadvantage, Willpower might make the R Icons Batman appealing-- he'd fit without any changes, leaving you with two points.

Yes, Lobo is a transporter and initially can't use Lucky Break... but the mid-dial earthbound clicks are likely to be in play more often than not, after taking damage and regenerating.
Which brings up the question of using Double-Time... but that would be more likely used for initial positioning, so it's not that painful. He's a tough one to equip with some feats, since his dial is pretty colourful; his prerequisites take a bit of consideration as to what he can use when.
