I like em alot but mysterio seems over costed. Sandman's attack should be higher. Kraven can perplex 10 animals?! I was also thinking Otto should have a second target but he has the duo abilty great stuff

I can desire to dream cant I?

Mysterio's that way of the "Animate" power I stole. Not sure about costing it. What would you put him at?

As far as Kraven, why not? He's an animal trainer, and the normal rules of Perplex apply. Just a "bt" of sorts ala Aquaman. THis is the Silver Age Kraven who attacked SPidey with alligators! I'll lower it to five if you want.

Just basically let him BT the animal keyword. I see no reason to put some arbitrary limit on it.

I'm lazy and that was easier to write out at the time. I actually knew the wording I wanted for that.

That won't do it. That just limits who he can use the single perplex on.

Here:
Kraven can use Perplex. When Kraven uses Perplex, he can use it normally or affect every target friendly character 10 or fewer squares from Kraven that possesses the "Animal" keyword (including himself) and to which Kraven has a clear line of fire.

Unless, of course, you don't want him to also be able to straight-up perplex just anyone.

Really like the Doc Oc.

Vulture should have another click and maybe a click or two of B/C/F ?
Lower Mysterio's cost a little bit and maybe drop a target on Kraven to lower
his cost a bit as well. You drop 30 points or so and all of them will equal 400.

My Maps:Training Facility, Subway, Moon Base.
