MHWGAPR3: TitaniumMan/JudgeDeath v Klaw/WarMachine
Welcome to the Grab a Partner (or Gap) TOC. In this MHW division we have 64 fighters waiting to go. In the first round they will be randomly paired up into team of 2. The teams will face off and half of them will be eliminated. The remaining fighters will be re-paired up in the following round until only two people are left and will fight for the championship.
During the fight, the fighters get no extra knowledge about their opponents besides what they already know, but they do know the names of who they are fighting. All characters get whatever equipment is standard for them. Team receive minimal prep time (approximately 5 minutes)
Titanium Man & Judge Death
vs.
Klaw & War Machine
Terrain: City of Clouds
Built high above the earth, this terrain is a city made out of clouds: everything from the streets to the buildings. Buildings are several stories tall, and the streets are wide and open. The texture of the clouds is that of walking on a pile of pillows. These are also “smart clouds” that know your intentions. For example, the buildings have no doors, the clouds decrease their density at the moment you try and walk through them so you can. However, they will never allow someone to fall down to earth.

Titanium Man & Judge Death vs. Klaw & War Machine: ?????
Arent both TM and WM kinda Iron Man lites? Why would TM defeat WM so easily? Though Klaw being a creature of solid sound, Im not sure Death would have too much affect on him, the same I dont think can be said in return, so Id wager Klaw taking down Death as well.

because Titanuim Man isn't really that much "lighter" he's mostly just less smarts and less options, as I recall he always gives Iron Man a major fight. War Machine on the other hand is one of the worst "Iron Man" suits.
Actually, contrary to popular belief, neither are really "Iron Man lites". War Machine is a suit of Stark-made armor that is geared greatly towards offensive capabilities. He didn't make it as a backup to his Iron Man suit, he made it as a different suit entirely.
Titanium Man generally beats Iron Man one-on-one physically, it's just that Iron man outsmarts him most of the time to beat him. Depending on the Titanium Man (I believe this is the original), he's stronger and tougher than Iron man.
Titanium Man is tougher and stronger than War Machine (by a considerable amount). War Machine can deliver much more ranged damage, is far more maneuverable, and is a lot smarter.
War Machine's also fought Titanium Man before (although it wasn't this version, which is a little different), so he'll know that Titanium Man is generally very durable.
I'd say Titanium Man beats War Machine, but not easily and is hurting afterwards.
Well OK, saying that, since there is a good chance for Klaw to kill Death somewhat quickly, whats the chances for TM to then beat WM and Klaw together?

Depends on Klaw's and Mar Machine's teamwork (which would be fairly good, considering Jim's strategic way of thinking). If War Machine fought him full on to start, Titanium Man would be able to beat him before Klaw got to help Jim. If War Machine was just trying to stall Titanium Man long enough for Klaw to come help (something he could do being more maneuverable and smarter), they would both take down Titanium Man.
Eh, I'll vote Team Klaw/War Machine.
I think War Machine either keeps Titanium Man busy long enough for Klaw to come help, or does enough damage before he goes down so that Klaw can finish Titanium Man off.
Ill also add in a vote for Klaw and WM, as I dont see Death being a huge threat to Klaw, meaning its going to be double team on TM, a fight I dont think TM would do badly in, though not one Id see him winning more than not as well.

maybe, but Klaws no idiot, and he knows for now that WM is his partner, and that Death and TM are trying to kill them. That to me means hell make nice, for his own survival.....for now.

I'm tentatively voting for Klaw & War Machine they have the brains over the competition and I think that War Machine's superior firepower trumps Titanium Man's superior durability, especially if he gets assistance from his partner in the fight.
the only question I have that makes a tentative vote, is whether or not Judge Death has a version of the Lawgiver pistol. If he does, that's a weapon that could give his side the advantage it needs to turn the tide.
If not, and he's strictly close combat, then I see Klaw taking him out 90% of the time. He can phase like a ghost, but those sound waves will still drop him and the solid sound construct body he inhabits probably doesn't have a heart to squeeze to death.
