This IS the Pre-Crisis Supes. A touch too bad you can use him in sealed. But for those larger battles? He's is the big blue cheese. Finally, someone to take Galactus down and peg and have everyone else chime in on to do it too.

One word: SICK. Full-movement charge?! FREE ACTION close combat attack, after which he can full-movement charge again?!? 20 Defense?!?! This is THE Superman all others hope to be.

The original Superman at his pinnacle. This is what all other clix strive to be. Too good for 300 point games, and a team player to boot.

I want this figure so bad I sneak into WizKids parking lot at night and eat the dirt under the delivery trucks.

An all around great figure, but unlike his fellow Crisis set Superman chase figure, he's much closer to being a fair and balanced design. Charging 10 squares and following up the next turn with leading the attack is sick. Move and attack for 10 clicks is sick. Nonetheless, he shows that he is 317 points, and in a bigger game should be challenging but not impossible to put down. If playing almost by himself in 400 points, things will be a bit more slanted and the have nots will be cursing Wizkids for both chases in any 400 point tourney.

Sculpt's nice except for that he's another where the debris and detail is awesome everywhere except for in the head; his head sculpt is kinda gross; and not just in an older man way; the jaw is unnaturally elongated like the face stretchy scene in Army of Darkness.

outstanding. I thought Icons Vet Superman was a hoss.... this guy just traded in the Arabian for a Clydesdale.... What a fig! I wish I could get one. I look at this fig and I think; This is a close approximation of Pre-crisis Superman.
I hope WK puts him out later in an easier to get manner like the Con Batman and Con Thor.

Um, 7 of the 11 weeks of the Crisis events?

This is a monster of a figure, and very appropriate to Earth-2 Supes.

Really really awesome piece. Full movement charge, while I typically don't like the mindset of every figure can move and attack, Superman should be all about mobility.

The damage special power seems pretty potent, but then again, he is 317 points.

Without question the most powerful non-huge figure out there. He doesn't have the one hit KO ability of KC Superman, but he doesn't need it--he's a team buster, plain and simple.

A job for Superman, indeed.
