Seriously, people? You hire your own paparazzi? That makes absolutely no sense to me. Can you really be that celebrity obsessed that we need to hire paparazzi to follow you around snapping pictures? Wow...just wow.

I can understand people wanting a day in their lives cataloged in pictures, say for scrapbooks.

However, the "Celeb for a day" idea goes too far IMHO.

My brother in law would probably do this! He was also talking about purchasing a star on the walk of fame, too.

Seems pretty petty and sad to me. But I guess whatever floats your boat.

I actually was hired as a paparazzi once. I'm a camera op/videographer and this guy hired me and a couple other guys to follow around the 15 year old daughter of a big European investor as she made her way through Los Angeles. I think he took the video and made a music video out of the whole thing. It was pretty funny because he would pay all sorts of people he would run into around town to treat this girl like she was a Hollywood celebrity....restaurant waiters, doormen, store clerks. The girl was an aspiring singer as well as one of those pampered princess types.

I could pay someone to document all my bad hair days? Sounds like a big no thank you for me.

I have no need to hire my own papparrazzi; as they follow me wherever I go.

Strangely, I'm the only person who ever sees them. Huh.
