I haven't played SWM in a while; how well is it doing these days (relative to its introduction)? I think the Pocketmodel series has more appeal, and is cheaper.

Actually it was the whole Ronald grows up thing. I mean really, if he wasn't grown up why was he so tall? And those feet.

Could they have let Seth and company go in order to sell the company and rights to Seth and company?

Because Wizkids paid Seth so much that he was able to buy the company right out from under them! Brilliant!

That's a good point...I haven't been back in the game long enough to know what has gone on between Unleashed and now...and I know that I love some of the things that they have brought into the game. I also know that there are things that I'm not too keen on. Someone mentioned earlier that Seth hasn't been doing 100% of the design work. I'm curious how long that has been going on and how many of the figures were done by others.

My point is that I think Seth has done a real good job of bringing some new elements to the table. But it's WAY too early to announce doomsday for Heroclix. Let's just see what happens. I mean, if there is some sort of 'Save Seth' petition, I'll gladly sign it. I like his work, and there isn't anyone that I would wish unemployment on during this day and age. However, there is always the chance that things could even GET BETTER...

We won't know until it happens.

I do feel bad foe Seth leaving the company (IF he does indeed leave), however, i am not going to say "i am dropping heroclix once Seth is fired" because there may even be a better designer than Seth that wizkids has so hence the better man takes the job. However, i will miss Seth very much and if the new designer is not as competent as seth, then i am dropping heroclix

I am kitty-sitting right now. I am thinking about sitting on this kitty if Seth really did get removed from his position. No point in keeping this cat alive if he leaves.
