Welcome to the Grab a Partner (or Gap) TOC. In this MSHW division we have 64 fighters waiting to go. In the first round they will be randomly paired up into team of 2. The teams will face off and half of them will be eliminated. The remaining fighters will be re-paired up in the following round until only two people are left and will fight for the championship.
During the fight, the fighters get no extra knowledge about their opponents besides what they already know, but they do know the names of who they are fighting. All characters get whatever equipment is standard for them. Team receive minimal prep time (approximately 5 minutes)
Sephie & Dr. Doom (Unthinkable)

Terrain: City
Fighting in the heart of a rather large city, the team both start off on the very top of this city’s two largest buildings. They will be able to see each other, but the buildings are not close enough for direct combat (or even ranged combat unless you are a very very good shot). Rather the teams would rather jump from building to building or climb down and fight at street level is up to them.

So, how do these Sigils guys go against one another?
Evinlea's not one of the ones with a Sigil, she's one of the First, the Heraldlikes. The ones the Sigil Bearers beat.
The good news is she knows about Sigils and knows to keep well the heck away from them, having been almost killed by a sigil-drain once.
The bad news is since Evinlea'll have to spend a lot of time teleporting and flying away and Sephie's pretty strong for a sigil bearer with her forcefields and all, her effectiveness will be reduced. Still, being a sharp fighter and having teleportation while Sephie doesn't (Sephie has flight, anti-grav, tk, forcefields, strength/toughness, and healing. Very good flier, but she never learned how to 'port like Ilahn did) means she should be able to last and used ranged attacks to dish out some damage without falling prey to the draining at the start of the fight.
She might tell Magneto about what a Sigil can do (she doesn't know Sephie's other specific powers like forcefields, just that each one has a unique power and that Sigils close to Goddess Evinlea = bad bad bad) and tell him to handle Sephie well away from her while Evinlea goes after Doooooom.
Also, Sephie has metal armor, but it's made with her power, and once Dr. Doom tells her about Magneto, she'll just dissolve it/not create it before the fight begins and not wear it during the fight. So her physical durability will be a bit less here, just her body's enhanced toughness and forcefields but Mags won't get to squish her like a sardine in a can and it won't be an issue here I think.

Thanks for that Q. Something else to keep in mind here is that Doom will know all about Magneto, whereas Eric would know little to none about this version (uber mage) of Victor. This Doom vs. Magneto, Id definately take Doom more than not.

If Sigil's drain fundamental universal properties then Sephie should be just as dangerous to Magneto as she is to Evinlea. Magnetism is one of the four fundamental forces of the universe, along with gravity, the strong force, and the weak force. This is information that certainly won't escape Doom's notice even if Sephie doesn't realize it. Beside's that Magneto's team needs to pick it's opponents to win here, which is going to be very difficult when they come up against not only Doom's magic, but also his mind.

Unfortunately (fortunately?) no, it only works on more cosmic-y power. It works on magic, it works on 'the universal energies' of her universe, with some fiddling it works on the energies of the Negation universe (which is pretty impressive, that makes things go boom), but the sigil doesn't work on things like, say, electricity or plasma or magnetism or matter.
Pretty much anything closer to the "do-anything" energy of the cosmos can be drained, but once you get down to the specific and more 'mundane' energies present in everyday life the sigil won't drain squat. At least, not in a significant way.
Unless someone's Sigil has the specific power to do so, which some specific bearer might have, but it's not part of the base function.

An idea for something else clever Doom might try: While Sephie can't teleport next to Evinlea, only fly up, hit her with forcefields, and try and get close, or be stuck fighting Mags, Victor has a 'teleport other' spell of some sort, wouldn't he?

I think Magneto has plenty of tricks (iron in the blood is a great one) that can allow him to beat Sephie and seeing as Evinlea has herald level powers, she should be able to hang with Unthinkable Doom and possibly even beat him.

Yea, he can teleport anyone even if he doesn't go with them.

If she manages to avoid passing out too fast, she can use her healing powers to recover from that one (Worst injury healed mid-fight- shattered spine). He has better offense but I'm not sure how a fight between them would end, she has a nice array of powers too.

Doom knows Mags and vice versa, but Doom and his partner are both disadvantaged by mag's bag of tricks. They BOTH use and rely to some extent on armor and they have to shed it or lose to magneto.
I think that's enough to swing the fight in favor of mr. Lensherr and Evinlea. they know the opposition and how to exploit the weakness for their victory.
Going with Sephie and Doom here. Everyone knows everyone here but Doom. Magneto may now of classic Doom, but hell have no idea about this super sorcerrer version, not what he can do, not how he fights, not what his powers are, nothing. Likewise, Doom knows all about Magneto, and can share such information with his partner, Magnetos info on Doom will be very misleading to his partner. And talk about bag of tricks, while Magneto can do a nice number of things, Dooms magic trumps that in variety with little doubt.

I'd vote for normal Doom over Magneto, even in an all metal terrain most of the time. A more powerful version that Magneto has no knowledge of? Yeah, Doom should clean up in that one.
Really, I think he could beat either foe, and Selphie is tailor made for Evelea, soo...

I don't know if Doom could beat Evinlea, the First do have strong knowledge of magic so his spells won't be a surprise plus she has more direct might. But Doom can use his spells to let Sephie take out Evinlea via a surprise teleport and at least give her enough time to even the playing field with a moderate drain, possibly taking her out completely. Due to Evinlea being on her guard it's not a sure thing and she and Erik do have a chance, but the odds aren't in her favor.
So my vote: Sephie/Doom.
