I just realized that I have an Anti-Monitor and a Starro, both of which I've never used.

Could the 800 point versions of those two defeat a Mighty Galactus? They do heal a lot, but I'm worried about Galactus ignoring Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness. Also he has the range advantage.

Against the 2004 rules version of galactus with 3 actions per turn and 3 clix damage pulse wave, no. The avengers version I am not so sure, probably could since he is limited down to the multi-attack ability his 2 attacks to their 4. Would be fun to try though.

starro is MC based so hes basaically useless IMO

My team will be 800 point Anti-Monitor PLUS 800 point Starro against 1600 point Galactus. I think it's the 2007 Galactus.

Now, what do you think of my chances?


Also, it struck me that a Submerged Tempest and a bunch of Aqualads could never be hit by a ranged attack from Galactus. Is this true? Is the Submerged Feat the key to getting close to the big G?

Starro is not a colossal killer. He is a team killer. He will Mind Control the heck out of an opposing team and have them murder each other, but against a colossal he can't do that. You might be able to plink galactus down with the two of them if you roll well for their respective regenerations, but I doubt it. Galactus at 1600 is very tough to beat
