How do you get that level of detail in your work, specifically faces and costumes (like Starlord)?

Have you ever done a "how to" tutorial?

My theory is that he's from the future, a future where new HeroClix sets--new, really well sculpted HeroClix sets--have shipped and he's just showing us what he got in his newest booster.

Wow, these are really great! I really like the Duel Enkham one, since I thought he was pretty entertaining in the story where he and Mongul get the yellow rings. But all of them are great, I'm not sure that there is a bad one in the batch
