NECA bought Heroclix!!!

They will make a announcement tomorrow at SDCC and they are giving out the Thor Chariot at their both right now. One of the guys at the booth say HoT will be release in the fall this year.

Speed - Butting Heads: Thor's Mighty Chariot can use Force Blast. When it does, the target is dealt knockback damage equal to the number of squares it is knocked back in addition to any other knockback damage.

It can be adjacent to a maximum of 12 squares and can attack and be attacked through any of them. Thor's Mighty Chariot may make ranged combat attacks against any opposing characters that it has a clear line of fire to. Thor's Mighty Chariot can carry up to two friendly characters when using the Carry ability.

TRAIT: At the beginning of your turn, as a free action Thor's Mighty Chariot may destroy any walls or blocking terrain adjacent to it.

Action figures? What about games? HeroClix is much more than action figures... although it could be good as far as the sculpts go.

I heard this from a friend that is working the con, but wanted proof first.
Amazon is proof for me.
Neca is a quality company, I own a ton of their collectibles.
They have dozens of high end licessed products at a very fair price.
Expect the quality of the sculpts to shoot to new heights.
I hope they hire the right game designer for the job.

There is a thread with a link to amazon where you can purchase the Chariot of Thor piece that was going to be the BIBTB piece for HOT before Wizkids was closed. The seller of said piece on Amazon is NECA. Will that suffice?
