Seriously...listen to Kristen Chenowith and Lea Michelle do double duty as dueling divas!

Sorry Charlie but as much as I loved Chenowith guesting tonite I think it's good she's just a guest as, frankly, she just absolutely dominated any song in which she performed. The Glee cast is good but they just seemed...weak...next to Kristen; I expected it to a degree but not quite so immensely. Not saying I didn't like her being there - very much the opposite - but, rather, well, Glee club seemed like high schoolers next to a Broadway singer there.

I agree. She dominated the show tonight. It was good. Loved seeing her, but she overshadowed everyone else.

Still, I must post on this thread because I love this show. It is a musical, but on TV. And a well done musical at that. How could I not love.

Glee makes me gleeful.

She is a legend...and I loved seeing her but you are right, if she was a regular, she would make them all look bad.

I want her to guest star again though mainly so I can hear more of her singing...

Boys routine > Girls routine, in my opinion.

But, as a fan of mash ups, I thoroughly enjoyed both.

I totally agree on both points. Though to be honest, the reason I didn't enjoy the girls' mash-up as much was because I felt speeding up Halo made the song feel a bit weird and took away a bit of the emotion for me.

Agreed, it was too fast. Felt like a blur. Guy's routine was awesome though.

Also, Sue's journal was amazing. "they keep coming back like some sexually ambiguous horror movie villain".

I want more of Sue's journal....that was brilliant. I cannot wait until next week when Sue and Will go at it.

The boys routine was MUCH better - Halo sped up was just so so. I still listen to it all the time on my iPod though. The boys dance routine was also better.

Kurt had the line of the evening though....when he told the girls about the drugs.

I have decided, already, that this is a show that needs to be added to my collection on DVD when it comes out.

I save them on my DVR and I am still deciding whether or not to get them on from iTunes.

I get to meet the cast this weekend - hopefully get some photos!!

Yeah, but I have to buy things myself. My brother bugs me for this all the time, but I need to own it and have it in my collection. There are series that I own the first couple seasons of and am working on getting the rest. My brother offers to get the next season online so I can save money, but I told him no.
I have this thing where I need to own things.

There are 6 and they are online and on Hulu. So you can totally catch up on the show.

I met them....OMG OMG OMG! Cory is adorable and is a ham for the camera...LOVES meeting people and taking photos, Lea Michelle is a delicious diva, Jane Lynch is SUPER sweet and ignores her handler to say hi, Amber is kinda quiet and Chris is not use to the spotlight and doesn't really know what to do with the attention.
