Next week she and Will do the tango and swing dance together...not sure why.
Probably because Will needs to keep Sue happy and getting revenge by getting first place at the competition, she was supposed to go to with the news anchor, would really be sticking it to the polygamist bastard? Not sure where the tango fits in though? Maybe just a practice session? Maybe its one of Sue's talents that she keeps hidden?
Thought it was the best episode since the premiere and thinking it over there are two big factours in that...
1) It was back to being "the underdogs" vs. "The Popular Kids". The original premise of overcoming obstacles didn't seem there anymore and it's nice to return to that.
2) Not a sign of Will's wife and it made me realize how much she's dragged down a few episodes. She's necessary to the story, yes, and has some very funny parts but the whole pace of an episode seems to get skewed when we switch over to her.
Frankly I thought Sue rocked the zoot suit.
One fun thing about the series is that it's on "weekly time" - notice how two weeks before the mid-season break (Sequentials) Will said it was "two weeks until Sequentials"?
Still not giving up on Someday. "Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Gah. You're right. I was busy looking over DNA tests and sequencers were stuck in my mind.
(And as for Puck, I think it was less Rachel and more Quinn - wanted to be around her - and his mother.)

HA! Just reading it now I can see the whole scene in my head. It was High-lair-e-us!!!!!
In episode 2 the club is given a list of pre-approved songs they can perform. By the next episode they are performing songs that clearly aren't on the list, which is never brought up again.
Why?
et interrogabat eum quod tibi nomen est et dicit ei Legio nomen mihi est quia multi sumus
Pre-approved songs to sing on stage...Last Night by Carrie Underwood was a bit risque and people have questioned whether or not that song would be pre-approved....
