Official "Make a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collector's set" Thread
Obviously, there are plenty of other Marvel and DC characters that remain to be made into Clix. However, this thread is for those who want to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles made into HeroClix because of their cult status and absolute awesomeness.

TMNT is a license that has not faded into obscurity. Instead, it has grown in popularity. Do a search on the Realms for polls or threads about the most popular characters not yet made into HeroClix. TMNT is frequently among the top properties named by players on the Realms.

NECA previously produced a line of TMNT figures with sculpts that look strongly like the original black-and-white Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird comics. IDW Comics has a new TMNT series co-written by Eastman. Nickelodeon is preparing a new animated series for fall 2012.

TMNT is back in a big way and we humbly ask that WizKids jump aboard the bandwagon!

A collector's set based on Eastman and Laird's original run from Mirage Comics would be fantastic and could include all the main players and some of the more popular supporting folks (Mousers and Triceratons). Trash cans, Dumpsters, manhole covers, and empty pizza boxes make great 3D objects. A sewer or street-level map would be interesting as well. You could even incorporate a mechanic where figures could move from one manhole cover to another, kind of like the teleport pads on the Legion of Superheroes starter map.

TMNT Clix. It's time, Wizkids.

Thank you.

I'm down, too! One question, tho: were Bebop and Rocksteady in the original comic series, or were they made up for the 'toon? (Krang, too, now that I think about it.)

Made for the toon. Though Krang is basically an utrom, which is from the comic.

I vote, I'm down for it, I think the OP's ideas are right on. Sounds like a board game version of the original arcade game to me, which only endears me further. Totally all about the army of Mousers led by Baxter Stockman or a Rat King with Throg's Special Power to represent his army of rats.

I'd like to add that cartoon and movie versions of our favorite heroes in a half-shell would be great, too. So colored bandanas and all red bandanas are both great though the majority of new players will solely know them in colored versions. Either way, I'm down for a box.

Edit - Oh! And I'm in for a colossal Technodrome with the same inside map capabilities as the Scarab from HaloClix. Yeah. Let the awesomeness begin. Great place to harvest vehicles, too. Party van, blimp, shell cycle...

oh yes don't forget leatherhead !!!!!
The synergy for the turtles would rule!!! Something like the F-4 starter with each turtle augmenting one another, splinter would have a Reed -Richards effect to combat maybe increasing attack or granting willpower to the others when he is pushed, Michaelangelo - Taunt,, Donnatello-perplex -Leonardo Cont- Plan- Raphael - indominable- flurry cool Stuff!!!!

Leatherhead is a must aquatic movement maybe with the built in stealth -submerged like the thunder frog, There is so much more to be added

Fugitoid
Osagi the samurai rabbit
Casey Jones

One note Please Dear God They all must sport the red eye masks!!!!!!!
If you can't tell them apart by weapons access denied!!!!!
Can't get enough of that wonderful Duff!!!!!

If they had good enough dials, I'd get them. I've actually already got a custom set of them that I made ages ago HERE.

Baxter Stockman would be awesome, I would kill for a shredder and a Master Splinter, to whom the credit goes for them existing.

My favorite thing about the Fantastic Four LEs was how nicely the traits worked together.
