Question: Regarding the first sentence of the rule, specificity the part in parentheses...
Does it mean:
The target does not not affect the line of fire to the destination?
or
You must choose a destination that the target does not currently block LOF to?
Rule:
"Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. For all options, this character must have a clear line of fire to the target and the destination square (to which the target does not affect the line of fire)"
It means that the target does not block line of fire. So, if Kid Zoom is standing one square in front of Gee, Gee can TK him seven squares straight ahead, assuming that there isn't something in those seven squares that would block the line of fire.
Rule:
"Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. For all options, this character must have a clear line of fire to the target and the destination square (to which the target does not affect the line of fire)"
