I've been playing for a while and I don't think I've ever asked this question. Is it possible to put multiples of the same feat on a character? I highly highly doubt you can but I'm just making sure.

i don't know this for sure, but i hope the answer to your question is no.
for example, it would be incredibly cheesy/lame to put 3 (following standard Ro3) 'protected' on any fig.

some cards specifically say they can't be assigned to multiple characters, but to be honest i don't remember ever reading a rule stating a cap/fig. again, i could be way off.

no one of one type of feat per charater

I was thinking it would be ridiculous if i had 2 Nova Blasts on Ultron from HoT with a lantern Atom. So ridiculous that it's ILLEGAL

for my 500 pt team I'm just playing Odin with Protected filling out the difference.

thats cool i like odin he is an awsome piece but i havent had a chance to use him yet

or I could play a 1000 point Cloak army with Cloak's REV and LE all with Armor Piercing and multiple protected. That would be awesome.

Ultron would just take the Novablast Damage each time you used it, so it wouldn't actually be as good as you're thinking. (They made to read "this character can use Willpower" so the Novablast Damage goes through it now.)

The Rule of 3 actually wouldn't apply to this. The Rule of 3 applies to modifiers to combat values. The number of feats on a character has nothing to do with modifiers or combat values.

well if this insane thing was legal (it's not). I would TK Ultron out, Nova Blast, TK him back in, heal him with BN Atom. and start the process all over again.
