Score: 25%. This is another unimaginative 3-D Bystander. Almost any feats adding up to 16 would improve your chances more than this mobile blocking terrain. Don't bother.

Modern is no feats. So dont judge this character against them. So he can be useful as a stealthshield/meatshield.

Imma thinking of plopping a fistful of these guys into a Sinister Syndiacate team. With Chameleon and the good Doctor well-supplied with fodder, they should stick around to bring the annoyance/pain respectively.
PD and SHIELD FTW!!!

For 3 points more, the Street Thug from AA is so much better. Bat Enemy TA, an additional click of life, the same (basically) stats. Oh well, I guess if you just play/collect Marvel figures, these guys will be good MM fodder, or if you don't have the extra 3 points to squeeze a Street Thug on.

I'm not usually one excited for these sort of figures, but in the opening night 300 point sealed I used him for MM fodder at first. He got hit for 3 onto his 2 damage click and shot and KILLED Black Cat. had to roll a ten, but he pulled it off.

Opening Night I played him with Norman Osborne, Deadpool, and Puma (with Iron Patriot waiting on the sidelines as a possible AE.) He's definitely nothing special, but he did his job. He took mastermind damage for Norman and as I SHIELD'ed Norman to push him as he outwitted to get to that AE activation click. Mugger got a hit or two in, so I can't say anything bad about him.

Great point filler. First time I played him he took out Iron Patriot with both of them on their last click.

Pretty much just a Stealth blocker. Can't really attack, can't really move, and can't really take a hit. Automatically breaks theme teams. Doctor Octopus needs Mastermind chumps though, and it's fun to make people have to try to hit his 20 defense since they can't snipe the muggers because of Stealth.

amazing how important keywords are isnt it? the absence of one makes this piece useless and pointless in anything but sealed events. a shame that wiz/neca didn't have the vision to see what this piece could and should have been.

Yup. ^This. If I want a figure on my team, that fig goes on my team. The only way a figure doesn't fit is if it's too many points.
