my opponent is playing a Scientist team with The Flash & Doctor Octopus.

The question is: Mikron O'Jeneus & Shimmer use Superman Enemy to outwit Hypersonic Speed on The Flash & I end my turn. On my opponent's turn Doctor Octopus pushes & attacks Mikron O'Jeneus.

If Mikron O'Jeneus changes team abilities to Mystics does The Flash get Hypersonic Speed back?

From the players Guide

 The second sentence reads: ―That character can use
Outwit until the beginning of your next turn, if it cannot
use Outwit already and continues to use this ability.‖

Once you change team abilities Mikron seizes to use the Superman TA. Flash would get his HSS back.

On the other hand, if Dr. Sivana (on his first click) used the Outwit while adjacent to Mikron O'Jeneus through the Superman Enemy team ability, then Mikron O'Jeneus could change to any team ability he wanted without affecting Dr. Sivana's Outwit.
