Watched it with a friend the night it was first shown and loved it. Watched it again with the wife and was able to appreciate it even more (catching things I missed the first time around). Really liked the interaction of the kids with each other and the Leaguers. Personally, I like the upgraded Blockbuster...he actually seemed scary. REALLY looking forward to this series and am having a hard time waiting until January for it to start!
I thought it was quite good. I was surprised at how they wrote the whole "brother clone" bit, as well as how uncomfortable Superman was when confronted with "Superboy"...I don't think it is fair to call him "Connor" yet!
I am especially looking forward to the reveal of the "Light".

I too thought it was good. I'm liking it a lot more than Avengers.
I think it's safe to say at least Luthor is one of the "Light" members, since that will be a huge plot point for Superboy when they reveal
Judging by the production art that was shown during the behind the scenes previews, Speedy will be making the transition to Arsenal.
Not legally, no. Otherwise, it's readily available with the usual file sharing systems.
I missed that. That's cool. I was expecting him to show up mind controlled by H.I.V.E or Cheshire.

I'm not 100% convinced that Superboy's genetic heritage will be exactly as in the mainstream DCU.
My own guess as to the chairman of the Light:

Darkseid. I'm hoping for a "Crime Bible" inspired story arc.
Really? Not Dr. Light?

Oh, you mean the Super-Powered Kryptonian clone with the Red S on his chest and was always yelling in a raspy voice was actually ROY HARPER in disguise? WELL HE SURE FOOLED ME.

I thought the reference to "Connor" was to Green Arrow's biological son.

Oh? But, Conner Hawke wasn't even there... I can tell the difference between Roy and Connor, especially when Roy says how he isn't even his son...
So, why was Connor so angry? I read the Death of Superman trade, and Infinite Crisis+, so my knowledge on Superboy is limited. Is he really like that in comics, or is his actor going overboard?
My only real beef is why do they (DC Comics cartoon makers) insist on treating speedsters as people that can "run real fast" and that's it?
DC speedsters trip more in these cartoons than the average stooge did. Sheesh...everything they do is at super speed, even their perception.
Wally's not in complete control of his speed yet. He still has to accelerate into super speed and deccelerate out of it (as evidenced by his 'I finally have room to run' bit).

Greg Weisman probably said it somewhere, I just don't know. The main argument I can give is that this is a young DC Universe, where Superman has been active for about ten years. It makes sense that Barry is still the Flash and Wally is still his sidekick.

I can under stand the series taking liberties such as Bart using the Kid Flash identity because he hasn't been Impluse for a very long time. But if their effectively building a mirror JLA that features all the O.G. side kicks then DON'T CALL IT YOUNG JUSTICE call it for what it is THE TEEN TITANS. Arrowette is an established DC charactor I wish we would have gotten Kid Lobo instead of Miss Martian as she kinda SUCKS and Kid Lobo was another actual Young Justice member.
There's actually a very good reason the show isn't called Teen Titans: the name was taken. And I'm pretty sure the show never promised to be a direct adaptation of the Young Justice comic.

In the early appearances of Superboy saving lives was simply a means to get fame, fortune, and most importantly THE LADIES.
.
Superboy escaped from Cadmus Labs and wanted to be called Superman from the start. He read the name Superboy in an article and got mad so he filed a lawsuit to trademark the name Superman to prevent others from using it. He only agreed to be called Superboy because after the return Kal EL the courts ruled Kal-El's right to use the name superseded Superboy's right to use it. Superboy also hit on nearly every female super hero he met (Power Girl put him through a wall HAHAHA) he hit on Supergirl multiple times until someone pointed out she's sort of his cousin. Superboy also made a pass at Wonder Woman and she DESTROYED HIM with (paraphrasing) "Don't care how super you are YOUR NOT MAN ENOUGH FOR ME" DAAAAMN.
Early Superboy was a cocky jerk and only learned to be leadership material because Superman viewed him as a young brother who simply needed guidance.
You didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, I said Death Of Superman arc and Infinite Crisis were my only basis for knowledge.
He started a cocky, brash, 15 year old kid and stayed that way until his book got canceled which was a couple months after Young Justice got cancelled. Then he resurfaced in Infinate Crisis the writers decided he should be more mature both emotionally and physically, not a complete jerk, and humbled by the kindness of the Kents. Like Superman Connor generates a telekinetic field that augments his strength, makes him highly resistant to physical attacks, but unlike Superman Connor can be injured by energy attacks. Connor can also use the field to disrupt electrical equipment and make machines explode. It's unclear whether Superman can do this to and doesn't know how or if Connor's Kryptonian half is over compensating for his weaker human side by generating a more powerful telekinetic field. After the events of Final Crisis Superboy's Kryptonian powers have been dramatically augmented to the point where he can hurt Superman Prime in a fight (something Black Adam couldn't do).
