While I liked Bane's portrayal in the episode shouldn't have Robin said (while they were being briefed)"a Venom factory what do you think the chances are that BANE will be there BATMAN". It just seems like an epic fail that Robin wouldn't know who Bane is I can understand the others not knowing who Bane is but ROBIN. Bane wrecked Batman I would think Robin would remember the person who did that.

Unless of course, in this show's continuity, Bane never broke Batman. This show isn't following any particular continuity that's established in comics or cartoons.

True. They could know of Venom, or Bane could have fought Batman before Robin became his partner. But yes, he should have said, "Venom factory. There might be a chance you will encounter a villian named Bane."
Unless, and this is this most logical exclamation, the drug has hit Gotham, but Bane hasn't yet, thus Batman doesn't have much intel on him.

If it's the most logical explanation, then why not go with it?
Who says I didn't? I have no problem with them not having any prior knowledge of Bane but knowing a villian who used to kick their Golden Age predecessers butts.

Not the best episode. Between both Superboy and Superman being totally irksome, the episode seemed like a shameless way to give the kids accessories like trick motorcycles clearly made for the toy line.
I think you may be being a bit too cynical towards the marketing aspect of the show. Previous toy lines based on DC animated series have passed up numerous opportunities to make toy versions of characters and equipment used by the JLA, JLU, Teen Titans, etc.
Besides, toy makers have never let what appears in the tv show or movie stand in their way. The Iron Man toy line is chock full of absurd things that aren't in the movie. They even made a Formula One car for the line, but it looks absolutely nothing like the one that appears in the film. He's got an airplane, but it doesn't look like the jet Tony used either. The old Batman: TAS toy line was jammed with absurd looking variations of Batman, while completely failing to make numerous characters that actually made regular appearances on the show.
I don't know why, but Superman being a deadbeat dad makes me laugh. I think it's the whole thing of knocking him down a notch.
I misunderstood what happened in the episode and spent most of it thinking that Professor Ivo was actually Toyman working for Ivo. And he was voice by Doctor Octopus from Spectacular Spider-Man, which just added a whole other layer to it.
Superboy's angst was predictable, which somehow made it less obnoxious. I like that the writers have acknowledged that he needs to grow out of this and start getting some character development.
Also, this is a thought I had during it:
Superboy: I'm ready.
Black Canary: Good. I'll be here.
Me: It sort of sounds like they're gonna ####.
Heh. Fun times.

My DVR didn't record the first seven minutes of the episode. I'll try to catch it online sometime.
BTW, angry Superboy is coming across as being very Hulk-like. Hope that he lightens up and drops the moody broodiness sometime soon. I betcha Miss Martian could give him an assist with doing so.

The traitor on the team is Miss Martian, Superboy, or Red Arrow (who is tangentally on the team). Also, Artemis is either Jade Nguyen or some variation of Lian Harper.
I dig the League of Assassins/Shadows here. I really like the idea of Cheshire having an oni mask and Hook kinda kicks ###. Plus I like that they're sort of pushing a friendship with Robin and Superboy (i.e. having them consistently partnered).
