No. Mastermind pieces can only mastermind away damage dealt from an attack. They can't mastermind pushing damage they would take or mystics damage from attacking mystics TA figure because both those forms of damage are not "damage dealt from an opposing character".

THis is incorrect. Mastermind does not require that the damage come from an attack... only that damage is dealt. That is why Pushing Damage can't be transferred via Mastermind; it isn't damage dealt. But any source of damage dealt can be transferred to MM fodder. Poison damage, for example, is not an attack but since it is damage dealt, a Mastermind character could shuffle that Poison off onto a lackey.
"How does [insert special power] work with the new 2013 rules?"
Most everything special power-wise, we're looking into. The PAC changes may change the way some special powers function; we're checking on them before the June release. In the meantime, ask your judge.

Sure thing, I played in a tourney and the judge ruled that the damage dealt from mind control (to control a character over 100points) could be master minded onto a lackey.

That is incorrect.
Mind Control feedback damage has never been damage dealt. For the longest time, it was damage taken (AKA literal clicks of the dial, skipping the whole "damage dealt" phase of things) and lately it is unavoidable damage (which is, as the name implies, unavoidable).
