Crazy Dial Team
After looking at the dial for "the Captain" and seeing how the anti outwit / perplex works, if I get one he's totally getting teamed up with deadpool to make a mental case / derelict team.

Who else has similar dysfunctional white powers to add to the team??

Without looking for specific figures, there were a lot of the early carded figures (Avengers and Justice League) that were dealt damage after using a special power, but they would also get some kind of benefit, so it's not really the same.

Deadpool is the only one that I can think of that has the positive balanced with the negative. AE Norman Osborne kind of does as well, since you roll to see which character he can change to.

Are we talking dysfunctional as in traits or powers that cancel other powers, or characters that are dysfunctional?

EDIT: I ask, because Deadpool has NO Special powers, just the trait.
Favorite DC read: Demon Knights
Only Marvel read: Avengers Arena
POWER GIRL OR BUST!!!

you have to get Exp Joker - his dial is CRAZY!!! (I believe...from Legacy --- has 18 + CR combo + Poison - harder to take down)

That Joker is awesome. Has a 10 movement with Leap/Climb too. Similarly, Exp. Captain Marvel from Supernova has a chaotic dial.

However I think you are looking for characters with unpredictable SPs. And for that, Avengers SR Sentry would be a decent addition.

although I think your thinking of the AA Two-Face

MERCY OR MURDER: THE COIN DECIDES: Once per turn, before you give an action to Two-Face during your turn, roll a d6. On a result of 1-3, Two-Face can use Incapacitate until the end of your turn. On a result of 4-6 Two-Face can use Psychic Blast until the end of your turn. (Two-Face is not required to be given an action after you make this roll.)
I have a replica coin from the Dark Knight film that I use instead of a d6

Did you get your coin from the Mattel action figure?
Not removing this line from my signature until we get Killer Moth (12/17/12).
