Neatly eliminating almost all the figures that haven't been clixed before. Given Thorn didn't show up in Superman, we'll probably never see her now. *sniff* Sand it is!
In any event, thanks for reminding me, I forgot to update for this one. Rep!
Yeah I think this way of doing it is clever. Now all us folks that want the never-before clixed character should win since there's only one option for us left, while the characters that made it through because they are popular will only gain a few votes each.
As for me, my initial vote went to Kanjar Ro. He's a cool villain.
Well I think BOP will be a sub theme in ONE of the upcoming Bat sets
2 24 figs set approx after the gimmie remakes (Batman, Robin, Joker...they will need a few new people

lots of 2012 info there.... give all rep to the OP of that thread
I'll give it to whoever I want to! And I give it to people who report stuff to me in the Evidence threads! And to original posters, no need to be stingy. I just like to encourage reporting, so Thanks Rep and UPDATED!
And what an update!
Okay, folks, this is enough information for Galactic Guardians, expect it to get it's own Evidence thread early next week.
Can anyone help me with what a "Keeper Silver Surfer" is? Forgive me, my Marvel-fu is weak.
Oh, and MOLE MAN MONSTERS! *happy dance* Master Mold! *happy dance* Hard facts on DC releases *Happy Dance*
Dark Knight rises clix? Can we hope lightning strikes twice and we get a second truly awesome movie Catwoman figure?

I would have liked to see Kanjar Ro myself. Not as much as I wanted to see Thorn, of course, but Thorn has always been an underdog favorite of mine (despite, admittedly, being somewhat goofy).

Will they be large enough to have subthemes? Still, if this microset thing takes off, I wouldn't be surprised to see a BOP miniset at some point. Note to WK: I would buy this a lot.

Silver Surfer - Protector of the Universe
During the War of the Worlds, the Surfer fought alongside Captain America, Franklin Richards and Doctor Doom to battle their Martian attackers. But Eon convinced the Surfer it was Earth's destiny to be conquered. Eon offered him the role of Protector of the Universe, but the Surfer refused. He left and for untold centuries he wandered in guilt.
Much later he would finally accept the Quantum Bands and the role. Eon then warned the Surfer that Galactus was going to consume Earth. He teamed up with Dargo and Firelord and in one of their attacks, Nova sacrificed herself to protect her master. This saddened the Surfer and it could be said that it did Galactus as well. He left the Earth vowing to never take on another herald.
Firelord had only been there to warn the Surfer of Zenn-La's eminent explosion. They arrive too late and the grief was more than the Surfer could handle. He determined that every terrible thing that has happened in his life was Galactus' fault. Armed with the Quantum Bands, the Surfer sought his vengeance. Still angry over his loss of Nova, Galactus easily defeated the Surfer, destroying his board and ripping his silver skin and Power Cosmic from him.
The Keeper vs Galactus
The Quantum Bands saved his life and he was found by Aron the Rogue Watcher. Aron took the Surfer outside of Eternity and taught the Surfer how to use the Quantum Bands to their full potential and also convinced him the Power Cosmic was still inside of him. With this knowledge, he recreated his silver skin. On his return, he would call himself the Keeper and always stay one step ahead of Galactus, removing all life and nutrients from the planets in his path. This would leave Galactus starved and he would eventually be weak enough for the Surfer to destroy.
In the 31st century, the Surfer and the Guardians of the Galaxy followed Galactus to the Alpha Centauri system and engaged him in battle. In his weakened state, the Keeper was able to easily defeat him and planned to land the killing blow, but was stopped by Eon. Eon explains that he was chosen to be the Protector of the Universe to become Galactus' equal and partner. Paired up again after centuries, the Keeper recreated his silver surfboard and he and Galactus went out to continue what they had done so many other times in the past.
The Galactic Guardian colossals will be much larger than the GSX colossals and likely increase the price of a brick.
The HeroClix Supremacy League is an OP program for $80-ish that gets you the 5 con exclusives from this year and a board to track HeroClix League games. There are hooks on a board inside concentric rings. You hang 1st place in the center ring and then second, third, etc.. On outer rings. Players on the outer most ring are given FIGHT tokens which they use to challenge players on the next ring in, hoping to move thief way to the center ring.
This is done at the store level and as far as I could tell is totally store driven.
It is almost upon us! Are you prepared for the Quarmageddon?
And a bit more information on the Galactic Guardians. Apparently the new colossals will be larger, but may be slightly more expensive. *cue explosion of complaints in 5, 4, 3...*
A truly massive amount of information has been added from pictures from Alliance Open House 2011. The DC stuff has been reformatted a bit. A lot.
Of particular interest, the colossals for Galactic Guardians are going to be 3x2 bases. When it was stated earlier that they will be bigger, they meant SERIOUSLY bigger.
A lot of pictures of figures have been put up. I cleared up a lot of misunderstood information as well.
Really, at this point you probably need to reread everything.
I'll be doing a massive clean up of this one once the firehouse stops spraying information at me from Alliance. Expect Galactic Guardians, at least, to get its own thread, probably Infinity Gauntlet as well, just so I can present it in a cleaner format.
