189 GX053 Magneto
35 AV057 Scarlet Witch

55 points left on a Brotherhood team? Why, that's just enough for Black Tom Cassidy!
You may want to consider losing Rogue in favor of some secondary attackers though. This team looks like it could get swarmed to death.

This is an option.
But if you are dead set on these pieces I would definitely recommend the following:

25 pts Fortitude on Magneto or Juggernaut (I would say Juggs, he would be my primary attacker for the first portion of my game).
4 pts Cannonball on Juggernaut. I am going to try this soon on a map with a lot of elevated. Could be devastating.
5 pts Thunderbolts Scarlet Witch to either X-Men for rogue healing or visa versa or even brotherhood (but I doubt you will be hard up for available actions).
12pts Contingency Plan on Magneto (If your planning on keeping him back for a bit *which I hope you are* this is a great feat.)
9 pts One of my favorite filler feats ALIAS!!! take 3 of them (@ 3pts each) and put em on Mags, Juggs and Rogue for opponent annoying fun. *just remember to use it.

That should be a nice round 600 points.

-Just my opinion.

As a new guy I didn't know that feat existed. Wow. That would probably be great for juggernaut. Would have made him even better in the game I played last week. Will print that today.

I like what you've done here, but you can't put T-Bolts on Scarlet Witch. The feat requirement is now based off the Thunderbolts keyword instead of the Avengers team symbol.
Anyway, here's my take on it:

Rogue

Juggernaut + Fortitude, Swingline (1 additional movement and no worrying about hindering terrain), Nanoarmor

Magneto + Contingency Plan

Scarlet Witch
I didn't go to Harvard or Yale but I can kick a man in the crotch as well as any other.

This is why we need the new ATAs in the Units section. I should have known better about T-Bolting Scarlet Witch. My bad.

But, why would you put swingline on Juggernaut? He already ignores hindering in his trait and has no range. Is the +1 mvmnt really worth 10 pts????

I might try Unstoppable - 5pts on Juggernaut to replace T-Bolts for Scarlet Witch (again, my bad). Now I know it allows for ignoring hindering but it is cheaper than Swingline and it gives you something that would help with Magneto.

The text: Unstoppable
Quote
The character treats hindering terrain features as clear terrain for movement purposes. Once when given a move action, if the character is adjacent to a blocking terrain feature, it may make a close combat attack as a free action targeting that feature. The character may move both before and after making this attack.
You can create some debris for Magneto as a free action than move Jugss. That sounds nice. Destory a wall then move jugss into position, Then place Magneto in his debris to boost his values.

I have also always wanted to try Endurance 5 pts.

Juggernaut: *, Cannonball, Alias, Unstoppable
Magneto: *, Contingency Plan, Alias
Rogue: Alias
Scarlet Witch: N/A
*Fortitude on either Mags or Juggs, I say this because if Juggs is your main attacker you may not want to feat him up too much but then again, maybe you do.

Well, once I noticed that he has a trait that lets him ignore hindering, I guess I would say that Swingline isn't as useful as I thought. My original intent was based on his SP that lets him ignore terrain when Charging on a straight vertical or horizontal line. I figured that Swingline would let him ignore hindering even on a diagonal line, with the addition of the +1 movement. Pays to read all the powers and traits, I guess...
