For a description of what's going on here, check out this thread.
Today's game is sponsored by the color Yellow (with some extras). To mix things up, please check to see what day of the week your birthday falls on in 2011.
People with a birthday on Monday or Tuesday, please test PHASING/TELEPORT and PLASTICITY.
People with a birthday on Wednesday or Thursday, please test DEFEND.
People with a birthday on Friday or Saturday, please test PULSE WAVE.
People with a birthday on Sunday, please test SUPPORT.
While you should always report bugs through the HCO software, circling back to here will let the group know what you've tried, what weird cases you've seen, and maybe generate ideas of other ways to go with it.
Also, feel free to check in on the Overview thread to see how the errors you find get you points. I don't know what, if anything, I'm going to do with points, and the point system is TOTALLY subjective, but if it makes finding bugs more fun, what the heck!

"How does [insert special power] work with the new 2013 rules?"
Most everything special power-wise, we're looking into. The PAC changes may change the way some special powers function; we're checking on them before the June release. In the meantime, ask your judge.
Several issues (all reported):
Damage is not being determined properly when more than one character is in range. It divides the damage more like a multi-target ranged attack rather than just dealing 1 damage to everyone hit. I have NOT tried modifying the damage value yet to see if it is actually locked (it should be) when multiples characters are in range.
When using PW against an adjacent character, there is no bonus to DV for hindering terrain. Basically it seems as if it treats PW attacks against adjacent characters as if they were close combat attacks and not ranged combat attacks. Characters that are not adjacent receive the hindering terrain bonus normally and terrain (walls, elevated, etc) seem to effect PW normally in all other regards.
I noticed some other issues in the same game with Odin that were not strictly PW related, so I won't report them here, but I did submit bug reports and if anyone is curious I can let you know.

Can you please confirm if you noticed how much damage the target characters actually took as a result of the PW.
Meaning, I want to distinguish between 2 possible scenarios:
1 - The Attack UI is showing you damage distribution for PW and then applying the distro'd damage as you indicate
OR
2 - The Attack UI is showing you damage distribution for PW and then, since it knows it's PW, is applying 1 damage to the targets regardless as to what you indicated.

It is applying the damage as indicated. In one single PW attack, I dealt 2 to Invisible Woman, 2 to M-11, and 1 to Thorbuster.
It does NOT let me choose how to allocate the damage, either. Unlike normal multi-target ranged attacks where I can choose who gets what damage. It automatically assigned those damages to those characters... if I'd had my druthers, I would have smoked Thorbuster for all 5

Characters Tested:
Odin
Thor, The Reigning
Baldur (didn't actually get to use his PW special power, though)

I was able to pick up Mjolnir with Thor the Reigning. Multiple character PW was modified by Mjolnir. So not only is the damage allocation incorrect (it does not become 1), it is not locking the damage value, either. Reported.

Got a Defend bug - it allows you the option to share your defense value with opposing figures. Thor the Reigning did not want to give his defense value to the Daredevil who was trying to kill him...
I played a second game using the same team I used against Normalview but against someone else. Here's what happened:
PW'd up close against Valkyrie, Karnilla, and Heimdall and rolled double three's. It distributed damage as follows: Karnilla 2, Valkyrie 1, Heimdall 1 and knocked them back approriately.
Valkyrie healed Heimdall back to full strength who walked back into range later on.
The next PW was a running shot that had Heimdall and Valkyrie in range. I can't be 100% sure but it looks like 4 damage was dealt to each because afterwards, Heimdall was on his 5th click and Valkyrie was KO'd
My opponent then quit out of the game because he didn't want to play against a bugged PW.
