does anyone use kamikaze in clix. i like to use characters such as E Toad and R Quicksilver as human bombs. Toss them in early to kill medics, generics, and ranged attackers for my juggy to come in and land some hurt. Does anyone else do anything like this?
My invisible friend thinks you have some mental problems.
Thunderbolts-They are bombs in the sense that they are lost, but do damage to vital things like medics and low-level ranged fighters.
Neofascist-NO ####. I am well educated in japaneese history, ok? I know it means divine wind, but in this case killing wind works better. The original kamikaze was a hurricane that kept the mongols out of japan during their major conquest. The citizens named it divine wind because they thought it was sent from the heavens to save them.

Hey, no need to be rude about it, you wrote it wrong after all, and all he did was point it out. The fact that you knew it was wrong and typed it anyway doesn't make it any less wrong, or NeoFascist any less right.
I like to send my exp blastaar into battle rather quickly, carrying soembody with him. Blastaar gets more powerful as he takes the hits, and the other guy takes out medics or other weak characters as the rest of my army moves in for the kill.
yeah, I use the "sacrifice Quicksilver" bit quite often, and it works pretty darn well. Heck the R is only 18 points, ao why not? It's pretty effective.
Some things in life matter, some don't. Pick carefully what you do and say. Make every second count.

Dude, no need to try and impress anyone here. Were all a bunch of 13 year old prepubescent geeks pretending to be 18 year old blonde models anyway.
Why use a juggernaut in this strategy? He gets nailed way too easy. He has to be tk'd into battle for effective movement.. doesn't charge... yadda yadda yadda. Charge is good. I can't even tell you how many times I've seen the juggy go down in three moves. People see him and say Ooh! Points! Eh. Just my personal opinion.. for his point value there's alot better of bruisers. His movement capacity just sucks, and that's very important in this game.
Yes, She-Hulk and to a lesser degree Thing made Juggernaut obsolete (and then there's Doc Samson, Colossus..). People adapted. Of course, he could be all about the theme (Brotherhood) in which case I have no problem with Juggernaut being fielded. I'd do it if I'm playing Brotherhood and it isn't serious competition.
No super booster purchases til the Thanos-copter is confirmed
my most effective bit of strategy in gameplay is to send out R Quicksilver & R DocOck to tie up figs & then pound away on the ones they've got tied up from range. those 2 are quick and FRUSTRATING for my opponents. me? i love 'em.
for me, my kamikaze fig would have to be Spiral. toss 'er in with some TK, & let da bomb go off. by then, she'll have practically had a target painted on her, and she's pretty much KO'd, but as a first strike weapon, nothing's better. Spiral's a killer.
I played a game recently where I used the Kamikaze strategy by throwing a V Avalanche into a crowd of Mega-Baddies. Pulse Wave galore (or at least until he lost it ).

Dude, if you're going to brag about how well-educated you are, you should probably be aware that Japanese is not spelled with consecutive e's and is capitalized, as are Japan and Mongols. If you choose not to display your vaunted education you should probably pretend a little humility. Talk about bombs!

Yes, not to mention that the Mongols invaded twice. The first time a typhoon struck and wiped out most of their fleet while the Japanese were succsessfully defended against him. The Mongolians launched a second invasion, and the typhoon most certainly didn't "keep them out of Japan." They fought the Japanese for seven weeks and were on the verge of defeating them when a second typhoon struck and wiped out their entire fleet, leaving only a minor amount of Mongols left, who the Japanese easily captured. Only then did the Japanese determine that the storms must be a divine wind and began to call it Kamikaze.
Furthermore, for those wondering, the religion of Japan of the time was Shinto, the worship of "gods" or "spirits" called "kami."
Lastly, I would like to say incase anyone is going to quote this misinformation later, the attack by the Mongols on Japan did not come during their "major conquest." Their major conquest, being the one widely considered the most important when they captured China and most of Asia, occured years before the invasion of Japan. During the time of the Mongolian invasions the Mongol's were not even being lead by Ghengis Khan, but Kublai Khan at this time.
