Barry's HHS should be able to deal with Stealthed figures on the edge of hindering terrain. If they are deep in the hindering terrain, then you'll have to send Spider-Man, or Scarlet Spider if you can pull off the Alter Ego mechanic.
What do you intend to do with your Researchers? How do you think you'll employ them?
Your team seem to lack a move + attack ability, especially on the ranged attack front. If you have the Green Lantern Fast Forces pack, the 75 point Tomar Re looks like he would fit onto your team easily. He would give you 1) a taxi, 2) a flyer to get over hindering terrain, 3) a figure that can use Running Shot, 4) another way to deal with Stealth once he's off his first click (have him taxi Spider-Man or Ben in next to an opposing fig -- next turn, push to Force Blast them out of hindering terrain), and 4) give you another ranged figure from which to use Prof X's Cerebro power. Tomar Re using Running Shot to get into position to attack, and then being a platform for Prof X to blast the target again one action later, can be pretty wicked.
95% of Iron Man 3 better be them explaining why he doesn't just call the other Avengers.

if I had a tomar re I might try that. i would swap out spidey and cave carson. the researchers are staying with professor x as is ben reilly. Ben reilly allows prof x to push as often as he wants by wild carding to x men to heal.
Great team, had thought of some similar variations of it. Using Ben Reily to x-heal Xavier is a great idea, and eventually gets you Scarlet Spider...
Biggest problem should be NC Martial Artist theme... but it would be so for most teams, anyway.
Positron from the city of heroes set might be a solid choice. Flier who starts with defend, so you could taxi a researcher and keep him safe during the first round. After his first click he picks up running shot and energy shield/deflection, which provides you with some more mobile fire power.
