Well, since he was last valued at 60 Billion dollars, he could do whatever he wants to with a dollar bill. Those are worth less to him than pennies our to us "real" people.

No joke...
There's a bank in Palm Beach where you can buy a dozen roses. The thing is, the roses are made out of hand folded $100 bills. Each rose takes about 5 bills to create.

You do the math... Bill doesn't have to.
