Which would be cool with me

I'd be all for getting rid of rep entirely, but leaving the ability to leave people messages for their posts. Heck, that's why I rep people. So I can leave them a private message. Sometimes it's a pointless message, sometimes it's a "thank you" and sometimes it's a "whasss uuuuuuup" moment.

I like rep, and am fine with it staying. Anyone who uses rep as some sort of pathetic little e-bludgeon or views it as some sort of badge of honor akin to a medal of valor can usually be rooted out as an idiot/manchild/troll or a mix of all three.

Which is not to say that redemption isn't possible!

Frankly, if your username isn't in red font, I don't care what you have to say. How's THAT for elitist? Your flower power is no match for my glower power!

Relax, guy!

I never said everyone who is into "wrestling" is some 'roid rager who has delusions of getting into it themselves.

I never said everyone who is into "wrestling" is compensating for some personality flaw or shortcoming by being into something so "intense" and "masculine".

I never said everyone who is into "wrestling" can't string a sentence together correctly because they're dumb enough to think it's all real and when you're that dumb how can one expect basic grammatical competency.

I realize that there are exceptions out there.

But when I was into "wrestling" I was either some of the above myself or met fans who were mostly much of the above.

Nah, it's cool.

I know there are a few "wrestling" fans around her and I just wanted to clarify that I wasn't slinging rocks at them, just the guys they were describing from "wrestling" trading card threads.
