Ok. This is the Dial I would try and get made if I ever won worlds or something that allowed me to make a figure. A Powerful Ghost Rider is my #1 want since he is my all-time fav.

Speed - There is no Escaping Vengeance: Ghost Rider has the Move and Attack ability. When Ghost Rider uses the Move and attack ability do not modify his attack value by -2 Attack - Mystical Chain: Ghost Rider's Mystical Chain allows him to use Super Strength, but only to wield the chain which counts as a light object. Ghost Rider cannot drop or let go of the chain by any means. / Or Ghost rider can use Incapacitate. If the attack roll is successful, the opposing character takes an additional 1 unavoidable damage. Defense - Spiritual Tech Motorcycle: At the beginning of your turn choose either Energy Shield/Deflection or Exploit Weakness Damage - Penance Stare: Give Ghost Rider a power action. Ghost rider may make a close combat attack. If the attack succeeds the opposing character takes 1 additional unavoidable damage and is given an action token if it does not already have one. Made of Hellfire: Ghost Rider has Invulnerability and Leap Climb. Ghost Rider may not use this trait on his last click.
* Note... this is the Danny Ketch Ghost Rider. I was thinking of adding a trait where he would get a +1 AV if adjacent to a character named Blaze/Johnny Blaze, but since there isn't one that will have to come later.

Alex Ross hates Kyle Rayner too. I hope the Death's head sculpt is hideous and his dial is just as bad.
Why not change the speed power to Hypersonic Speed?, half range isn't a huge loss when it goes from 4 to 2 and he'd be able to use the power when he's based.
Also, why the Super Strength/Light Object thing with the chain? I'm wondering if between that and the Penance Stare power you might be better off saying that Ghost Rider may use Incapacitate that also deals 1 penetrating damage.
No offense intended or anything, just curious, the rest looks fine.

I wouldn't do HSS because Ketchrider didn't really use HSS in that way. It was more of a transport power. Once he got to the nitty-gritty fighting, he was stuck in. Little-to-none of that hit-and-run stuff for him.
I wanted the chain ability, plus the 4 range and 2 bolts to be more representative of the things he could do with the chain. Also, even though GR did have SS, he mostly used his strength as a blunt fighting style ,and not so much as a weaponization tool, other than through his chain. Also if you look at how the dial is set up, I wanted him to have that Incap type ability full dial, but have it be more representative of his powers in order to use it. He could either tie people up with the chain, or once he got a hold of someone, he would give them the penance stare, which would (in game terms) stop them or tie them up, but as you see those abilities are only on the dial together for one click and are slightly different.
No offense taken. This is just the way I envision him actually fighting in game terms... if that makes any sense?
