does anyone know of any good, non-text based superhero mmorpgs? not city of heroes, i would like one i can play now. any suggestions?

Nope, I don't think their are any yet (could be wrong). We have to wait for City of Heroes or that new Marvel one, both of which should be sweet.

I believe Freedom Force had a very limited online play mode which more or less was just head to head team combat. Not even close to an MMORPG but the only thing even vaguely similar at the moment.

At this point I'm pretty much set on the fact that the Marvel game (2005 right?) will be hitting before City of Heroes ever gets released. I can respect that a game needs tweaking and playtesting to get things finely tuned but they really messed up in announcing CoH so early. It seems like the beta test has been delayed several times over, let alone any sort of actual release for the game.
