....................Not sure the rationale for the steal energy clicks. I would knock the price tag down by about 20, maybe 25 points, and lower the damage values by one on click 2 and 3.
- Asgardian: Thor reduces all damage dealt to him by 1. Thor does not take pushing damage.
Attack - Mjolnir: Thor can use Energy Explosion, Incapacitate, Force Blast, Phase/Teleport and RCE as if he had a range of 10 and .
Defense - Deflection: When Thor has 0 action tokens, modify his defense by +2. When he has 1 action token, modify his defense by +1
Damage - God of Thunder: Thor can use Quake. When he does he deals 3 damage to all successfully hit opposing characters. After actions resolve, place 2 Hindering Terrain markers in any adjacent squares of clear terrain that are also adjacent to Thor.
I'm going for a slightly different take on the character but one that matches what I've read growing up. Thor wouldn't shrug off blows as much as deflect them with the hammer. He could get hurt but he had incredible stamina. Plus I had to include some type or weather control / storm ability.
Now if players wanted straight up blasting power they could get it with his 12 swing damage attack. If a player wanted Thor to twirl the hammer and unleash the fury of a storm, he could do so at a greater range.
Honestly, this is something I hope we see in the upcoming Thors as opposed to a redo of the HoT version.

Give Thor a Power Action Thor may use Running Shot. When Thor uses Running Shot instead of making a ranged combat attack Thor may use Ranged Combat Expert as a free action.
Attack "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor."
Remove Mjolnir from Thor and place Mjolnir in a square adjacent to Thor. A charactor can take a double power action to pick up Mjolnir, a free action if that charactor is named Thor, or if a charactor shares The Avengers keyword with Thor they can pick up Mjolnir by taking a Power Action to roll 1D6 and on a result of 4,5, or 6 they can pick up Mjolnir. If a charactor other than Thor picks up Mjolnir Thor can use Possession as a free action targeting that charactor and Thor automatically succeeds on the attack roll. Thor ignores all terrain, powers, team abilies, traits, feats, and charactors when a drawing line of fire for Possession. After Thor uses Possession return Thor to his first click before placing him on his charactor card. In addition to being possessed replace the Team Ability, Combat values, and Combat Powers of the possessed charactor with that of Thor.
POSSESSION: Thor can make a close combat or a ranged combat attack against a character. A successful attack deals no damage instead remove Thor from the battlefield and put him on his character card. Whoever picked up Mjolnir is now possessed, and any of the charactor's countered powers return.
Each time the possessed target takes damage deal Thor 1 unavoidable damage after the action is resolved. If the possessed charactor is K.O.'d or if Mjolnir is removed from the game turn Thor's dial to this click and return Thor to a starting area chosen by the opposing player. A charactor possessed by Thor can't be targeted by Mind Control or Possession.
