I just got off the phone with a customer who pronounced batteries, Baaahht-treeees.

If he has said Baaahht-treeees one more time I might have killed him when he arrives to pick them up. Hopefully more people will come to work tomorrow and I will spend more time doing my jobs, instead of other peoples.

Since the economy has slumped we have fired/laid off or have quit, 5 people. And since we have not hired anyone to replace them there is now 4 people doing the work of 9.

OT is cheaper than replacing workers.

It is no wonder I rarely see my wife and kids.

I just saw a commercial for the new Ghost Rider, and the voice over said something to the effect of:

"The world's darkest hero..."

To which I shot my head up and said aloud:
