Some info on the Beast: He's a regular-sized man inside a giant energy form. He has control over gravity, making everything around him and anything he wants float. He can also fire energy beams too (I think, it's been a while since I fought him). Also he got hit by a nuke and lived.

That...actually sounds kinda feesible, if the Darth would be able to recognize that there is a person in the middle of all that energy.

Yeah, I'll vote for the Beast. To be honest I'm trying to figure out ways in which he can be beaten; in the game he's taken out by a weapon specifically designed to hurt him, which nobody in this thing has. Maybe psychic powers or something. Kratos could probably figure out a way.

Sounds like The Beast has Nihilus outclassed here. A Lightsaber isn't going to do much against an energy being, and Force Lightning will do even less I think.
