I would like to get in on this but what time would it be taking place during the day? I can play in the evenings most nights. I hate to be a pain but I need to know more before I can throw in. I'm new to Pbp.
That's the great thing about PbP. It'll probably be two weeks per game -- time stops being so much of an issue then.
(Note: I am no officially running this thing; someone else is welcome to overrule me and say we're doing this some Sunday afternoon.)

Yeah, I'm in - since my move, I'm not near a venue, so a chance to play some of the teams I've got kicking around in my head AND possibly score an Adam Warlock while supporting HCUtils? Totally worth it.
Who Has Used The Bat Belt? (7-3 W/L)BM049 Socialist Red Guardsman(W); BM207 The Joker(L); D10a007 Nightwing(L); DKR023 Henri Ducard(W); FFBM002 Damian Wayne(W); CR010 Liberty Belle(W); NML002 Batgirl(L); BM103 The Batman of Zur-En-Arrh(W); TabApp-E Superman(W); SoG040 Deathstroke(W)
Horde tokens can stack in normal Heroclix games. In epic games they have the ability to respawn

Peers is correct. Games will last two or three weeks. Most players can only post one turn a day. If you play against Tanis, however, be prepared to bang out 5 turns a day.
With 400 points, we should probably go 3 weeks and 20 turns. (turns limits are helpful in PbP)
I suggest you play a test game to learn the ins and outs. You should have no trouble finding a dance partner.
I hate the idea of all the probs, but I'm in. I've supported Peers in the past and will do so in the future.
To be honest, I do as well. Normally I'm not opposed to PC via theme, but this is too much, in the PbP format it's just gonna slow everything WAY down. Can't we come up with something else to 'buy' for an extra donation?

Reason: Forgot how to talk ...

I get the concern. To avoid slowdowns, there will be no Prob Control on case by case basis. You must post a priority list.
Also, most of the prizes will be random. The point of this tournament is fun and raising funds. Having played in a $1 PC tourney before, it is an interesting wrinkle.
Suggestion: When you make your team (Am I keeping track of teams, since TVK/dCo are playing?), also pick four BFCs and four maps -- you win init, you can pick map, and everyone gets to pick one of their BFC each round.
(Note: Suggestion -only-)

instead of PC packss maybe you can buy Special objects or BFC?
I like the idea of PC packs and they will generate more money possibly but could slow things down unless we say any PC from a PC pack used can not be Case by Case but must follow a certain set of rules.

DCO said that. No case by case PC instructions.

I'll have to come up with some kind of prize for 'Team I Like The Best'.
